Scientific Programmes of the Centre
In implementation of the programmes approved at various meetings of the Governing Council/Bureau held during 1993 - 2011, the Centre has organised 83 workshops; courses, training programmes, meetings and conferences in 18 different countries, namely, Bangladesh, Colombia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Malawi, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, Vietnam and Zambia. The Centre has been implementing various scientific activities, which include, inter alia:
